The ultimate sake, the flagship of the MINAKI brand. GOKUGEN is made with Yamadanishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture, a highly regarded variety known the King of Sake Rice. The rice is polished down to 17% over the course of over two hundred hours, a process that results in a premium taste free of unpleasant flavors.
