He met Francois Chartier At the end of 2019, its collaboration grew more and more and join the team of Chartier World LAB as project leader all around the world Japan to Europe & America. His work is focus on beverage such as wine, spirits and of course sake with the collaboration with Tanaka 1789 X Chartier since 2017.
