“Joatsu Toyonagakura” is made from organic rice grown in Kuma and produced through traditional atmospheric distillation to create a powerful flavor and rich aroma. By diluting it with water or hot water, you can enjoy the rich flavor of rice. Normal-pressure rice shochu has been popular in the Kuma region since ancient times along with game dishes such as wild boar hotpot. The sweetness of shochu can be brought out even more by pairing it with meat dishes, fish dishes, and hot pots.
