We find the water special because it contains less minerals and therefore very soft. &#8220;Yakushima Jisugi&#8221; are the replanted trees on the Yakushima island. Our shochu is aged in the special barrels which were made of Yakushima Jisugi. (*One note: we have entered this shochu as a barrel aged category, because of its distinct flavors.
